Impact Summer on the Gold Coast

Impact Summer is a two week youth camp focusing on evangelism and your personal relationship with God. If you love Jesus and want to share him with others, this is for you.

Summer time is the time when a lot of tourists travel to the East Coast of Australia. These people are searching for fulfillment and purpose in their lives which gives us a great opportunity to meet with them and make new friendships. We go out on the streets and the beach to reach out to these people and share the truth with them.

But Impact Summer is not just a time of evangelism, it is also a time for you to grow in God and get close to the father through prayer, worship and teaching. It is a time for you to meet God in new ways and draw closer to the Father in your relationship with Him.

I promise it is an amazing time.

First, we focus on Christ and His undying love for each one of us.

During our morning lectures you get fed by awesome speakers. We will cover topics like God’s character, Hearing His voice, relying on the Holy Spirit, Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Godly Relationships.

During these times God will speak into your life in new ways. He will give you new revelation about his goodness and His character. He will turn your life around and challenge you in your walk with Him.

We will meet Jesus in our worship times and break something in the spiritual climate because of our prayers. We will press into God, and see breakthrough in each others lives

In the afternoon you will cruise to the beach, play volleyball and just hang out with the people. We are running Volleyball competitions and other sports events inviting the people on the beach to join us. As we do, we’ll meet people from all over the world. Many of these people are from nations that are closed to the Gospel. In making friends, we open a door into their lives with which to share our faith in a genuine and personal way.

In the evenings we will get out there again, share testimonies, do dramas and a lot of One-on-One evangelism. We will have times of worship and prayer on the beach and many other things. As we lift up the name of Jesus over the streets of Surfers Paradise, the Spirit of God will convict and give us the opportunity to share the Word of God. It’s just great to see God move. We have what the people are looking for – the truth and life in abundance. So get out there and give it to the people.

You will see people coming to the Lord – isn’t that exiting?

It is also a time of meeting new people and making new friendships. Being together in s group for two weeks, eating together, having fun together, meeting God together…….

You will go home with new friends in Australia and overseas.
